We are looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Associate & Sales Assistant to support our day-to-day business operations. This is a hands-on position that includes local deliveries, order processing, basic administrative work, customer communication, and light warehouse support. Over time, this role will also have the opportunity to learn more about B2B sales and customer relationship management , working directly with local fishing tackle shops. Responsibilities Support daily business operations and order processing Deliver products to local fishing tackle shops Prepare and print invoices, packing slips, shipping labels, and other documents Communicate with existing customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product needs Assist with maintaining relationships with local tackle shops Help follow up with customers and support basic B2B sales activities Prepare, organize, and pack customer orders Assist with light inventory and warehouse work when needed Communicate with the business owner and help with English/Chinese communication when necessary Support other day-to-day business needs as assigned Requirements Able to communicate in both Chinese and English Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Comfortable driving locally throughout Irvine and surrounding Southern California areas Basic computer skills, including email, printing documents, and basic Microsoft Office or Google applications Reliable, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Good communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with customers in person and over the phone Willing to learn about sales, products, and customer relationship management Preferred Qualifications Interest in fishing or knowledge of fishing tackle is highly preferred Experience with fishing rods, reels, jigs, tackle, or related products is a strong plus Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales support, delivery, warehouse operations, or a small-business environment is preferred Existing knowledge of the Southern California fishing community or local tackle shops is a plus About the Role This is an execution-focused position with room to grow. Initially, the role will focus primarily on supporting daily operations, deliveries, customer orders, and administrative tasks. As you become familiar with our products and customers, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility in customer relationship management and B2B sales . Pay:
