Sales Assistant Reset by Jane | Women's Wholesale Fashion Job Description Reset by Jane is a women's wholesale fashion brand looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is honest, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to approach daily responsibilities with a calm, professional, and solution-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative and sales support. Communicate professionally with customers, sales representatives, and business partners via phone and email. Assist with sales order processing, order tracking, and customer follow-ups. Organize and maintain sales records, spreadsheets, and office documents. Assist with sample organization, inventory coordination, and shipping arrangements. Perform basic Photoshop tasks, including image editing and resizing. Support daily office operations and assist with various tasks as needed. Follow through on assigned responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications Excellent phone and email etiquette with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and general computer applications. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service is preferred. Fashion or wholesale industry experience is a plus, but not required.
