Start conversations, answer questions, and recommend wireless, internet, and home connectivity solutions based on each customer's needs. Assist customers through account setup, service enrollments, and activations. Work alongside experienced team members to reach daily and weekly performance goals. You enjoy meeting new people and can turn a conversation into a positive customer experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and explain information clearly.
