We provide personalized services focused on longevity, wellness, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic care. We are seeking a motivated and personable Full-Time Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help create an excellent experience for prospective and existing clients. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided and potential for advancement into a Sales Consultant role. Responsibilities Assist the sales team with client inquiries, follow-up, and appointment coordination Communicate with prospective and existing clients by phone, text, email, and in person Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of client communications Help prepare service information, treatment proposals, and consultation materials Assist clients with scheduling consultations and treatment appointments Learn the clinic's regenerative medicine, wellness, and aesthetic services Support consultations and gradually develop client communication and sales skills Update client information and sales activity in the clinic management system Coordinate with the front desk, medical providers, and clinical team Assist with sales reports and other administrative responsibilities Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, medical office, or sales experience preferred Prior sales experience is not required; training will be provided Strong interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, confident, organized, and comfortable speaking with clients Able to follow up consistently and manage multiple client conversations Interested in wellness, longevity, regenerative medicine, or aesthetics Comfortable learning treatment information and discussing services with clients Professional appearance and attitude Mandarin Chinese language skills are preferred but not required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation and Growth The position begins with a six-week training and evaluation period during which compensation consists of hourly base pay only. After successful completion of this period, the employee may become eligible for additional performance-based compensation in accordance with company policy. This role offers training and the opportunity to grow into a Sales Consultant position based on performance, communication skills, treatment knowledge, and overall readiness.
