Candidates who are interested in building a career in aviation parts sales are preferred. No prior aviation experience is required — training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and send customer quotations Enter quotes, orders, and customer information into the system Follow up on orders and delivery status Provide shipping instructions to the warehouse Check and confirm customer payments Assist sales representatives with daily sales activities Maintain accurate order and customer records

Qualifications:

Interested in aviation parts sales and willing to learn Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Good communication and teamwork skills Sales or office experience is a plus, but not required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Training will be provided.
