SALES ASSISTANT/SUPPORT

Fast-paced sign company looking for experienced sales assistant for our Corporate Office located in Riverside, CA. We are a full-service, custom sign company with ten locations across California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma, and Texas. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our dynamic team as we reach our next level of excellence. EXPERIENCE IN THE SIGN INDUSTRY IS PREFERRED.

We are seeking candidates with prior experience in the sign industry. Applicants without relevant experience may not be considered. The ideal candidate will be well organized, have a strong work ethic and hold a "Can Do" attitude, even under stress. They will also have a keen sense of urgency and a clear understanding that our customers' satisfaction is our top priority.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers. Work closely with sales team to accurately write design orders, sales orders, change order documents, contracts, and interdepartmental correspondence. Manage customer issues, inquiries, samples and returns. Performs all clerical functions for the Sales and Traffic Solutions departments. Respond to telephone, in-person, and electronic inquiries. Send and receive messages and documents. Corresponds with customers and confers with coworkers to answer inquiries and resolve account problems. Maintain a prominent level of accuracy in a demanding environment. Learn and understand Fusion Sign & Design's products and services.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task while meeting strict deadlines. Takes initiative and is proactive. Performs other duties as assigned. Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills Strict mindfulness to detail Well organized Works well in a team Required experience: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience in the sign industry Desired experience: QuickBooks CorelDraw Benefits package available after the 90-day probationary period.
