Japanese or Spanish and English Bilingual Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Japanese/Spanish-English Bilingual Sales Assistant to support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, data management, reporting, presentation preparation, and trade-related operations. This position will serve as an important liaison between the San Diego office and the company's manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint, and able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external business partners. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day perational support to sales representatives Compile, organize, and analyze sales-related data and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint Assist with import/export and international trade operations, including related documentation and coordination Prior trade experience is preferred but not required; training can be provided after joining Provide general support for sales activities, customer coordination, internal communication, and other sales-related projects Coordinate with the manufacturing team in Tijuana regarding production, delivery, schedules, and other business matters Assist with preparation and maintenance of sales documents, customer information, reports, and internal records Perform other duties as needed to support the sales team and overall business operations Qualifications Fluent Spanish or Japanese and English communication skills required Previous experience in sales support, administrative support, customer service, logistics, or a related field preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with U.S. and Mexico-based teams Import/export or international trade experience is a plus, but not required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Additional Information This position requires occasional visits to the company's plant(s) in Tijuana, Mexico, approximately one day per week, accompanied by the company's Sales and/or Management team members. Transportation will be provided by the company.
