Entry Level Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

Represent AT&T products and services through in-person customer interactions Engage directly with customers and create meaningful conversations that generate sales Educate customers on available products, promotions, and service solutions Assist customers through the enrollment process and complete new sales Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction Build and maintain customer relationships to support future sales opportunities Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining quality customer experiences Track customer interactions and maintain accurate sales information Collaborate with leadership and Entry Level Sales Assistant team members to improve customer outreach and sales performance Participate in Entry Level Sales Assistant meetings and ongoing development designed to strengthen sales skills Support daily customer acquisition efforts and contribute to overall sales growth

Entry Level Sales Assistant Requirements:

Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently and in a team environment Comfortable working directly with customers in face-to-face settings Willingness to learn customer engagement and sales techniques Reliable transportation required Ability to travel to the office and customer locations as needed Strong organizational and time management skills Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets
