Entry Level AT&T Assistant:

Connect with customers, build rapport, and create a welcoming sales experience. Learn about each customer's needs and recommend AT&T products and services that make sense for them. Present product and service options clearly, confidently, and professionally. Answer customer questions, address concerns, and help move conversations toward a successful purchase. Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales process. Work toward Entry Level AT&T Assistant team sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer service. Attend team meetings, product training, and sales coaching sessions to continue developing your skills. Keep customer information accurate and follow established sales and communication procedures. Entry Level AT&T Assistant Role:

Must be available to work full-time, including some evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation to and from work. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful, but not required. Previous experience in an Entry Level AT&T Assistant role is a plus. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with different types of people. Eager to learn and interested in building a career in sales. Coachable and open to feedback, training, and new approaches. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to work toward team and individual goals. Professional, dependable, and excited to represent the AT&T brand.
