We're hiring a full-time Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll connect with customers in person, introduce them to Frontier's latest connectivity options, and help them explore upgraded plans designed to fit their needs. You'll play an important role in building customer relationships while supporting Frontier's continued expansion in the local community. As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you'll train to represent a partnership that delivers exactly what our customers've been asking for: better entertainment, reliable Wi-Fi, and total connectivity from two networks working together. Sales training teaches you how to engage with customers in person, keep sales conversations simple, and help them understand Frontier's value. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Assistant Consult with customers about how Frontier's expanded network represents a giant leap forward in internet service during in-person visits. Promote bundled connectivity packages in person that combine home and mobile services for maximum savings. Demonstrate reliable Wi-Fi capabilities that eliminate buffering and lag during in-person sales demonstrations. Highlight total connectivity benefits that enhance every aspect of entertainment during on-site sales presentations. Promote enhanced entertainment packages with improved network reliability during in-person customer conversations. Address coverage expansion questions during in-person sales consultations. Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Assistant A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Being passionate about customer service, sales, or telecommunications is a plus. Strong judgment when identifying customers and sales opportunities. Self-motivated approach to prospecting, customer outreach, and sales activity. Resilient attitude when handling hesitation, objections, or changing customer needs.

Pay:

$900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
