The Sales Assistant's dedication to customer care and sales will ensure that every customer enjoys seamless connectivity through our advanced wireless and internet services. As a Sales Assistant, you help residents simplify their wireless and internet choices through friendly in-person sales conversations. The Sales Assistant will deliver value-driven sales guidance, build trust through sales expertise, and support ongoing sales success. Core Functions of the Sales Assistant Meet directly with residents to deliver professional sales consultations on AT&T Internet and Wireless services. Identify gaps in household connectivity and recommend AT&T solutions that drive sales success. Provide hands-on demonstrations of AT&T services to build confidence and close sales agreements. Customize bundles that integrate Fiber Internet and Wireless, emphasizing value to increase sales results. Manage account setups and guide customers through the Smart Home Manager app for smooth post-sales onboarding. Strengthen community trust with follow-ups that turn initial sales interactions into long-term loyalty. Education & Experience Needed for the Sales Assistant High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience working with customers in sales, retail, or customer support preferred. Ability to explain AT&T Wireless and Internet benefits in everyday language. Self-motivated with a positive attitude, focused on daily sales responsibilities. Preferred Skills for the Sales Assistant Breaks down device features clearly to support smoother sales choices. Builds rapport naturally, making residential sales feel comfortable. Maintains organized notes that support clean, reliable sales follow‑ups.
