full-time Position Purpose Sagicor is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Producer Support Specialist to provide comprehensive annuity sales support to our distribution partners at both the agency and individual producer levels. This role serves as a key resource for agents by delivering timely and accurate assistance on product information, application status, eApp completion, commission payments, licensing, underwriting inquiries, and illustration support. Producer Support Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening producer relationships, supporting sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our distribution partners. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for agents and distribution partners, providing annuity product knowledge and annuity sales support. Assist producers with licensing, contracting, and appointment processes, including issue resolution and ongoing support. Provide illustration support across the Company's life insurance product portfolio. Explain and support the new business process, including application requirements, status updates, and outstanding requirements. Interpret commission statements and assist with compensation and chargeback-related inquiries. Support underwriting inquiries, including submission requirements, medical exams, underwriting classifications, and case status updates. Guide producers on advertising guidelines, compliance requirements, and approval processes. Educate agents on the Company's website and Producer Portal, including available tools, resources, and functionality. Research and resolve inquiries using Company systems and CRM platforms. Partner with Regional Sales Vice Presidents and Internal Sales Specialists to support marketing organizations and increase producer engagement. Respond to producer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and outbound follow-up communications. Document all interactions, activities, and resolutions accurately within the CRM system. Assist other operational departments during periods of high volume, including Client Services, Producer Appointments, New Business, Underwriting, and Commissions. Leverage approved technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow efficiency, support inquiry management, summarize interactions, and identify trends while maintaining compliance with Company policies and regulatory requirements. What You Bring High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of five (5) years of customer support experience, preferably within life insurance operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional service. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and accountability in resolving complex issues. Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM systems, technology platforms, and AI-enabled tools. Preferred Qualifications Active Florida 2-15 Insurance License preferred. If not currently licensed, the ability to obtain and maintain a Florida 2-15 Insurance License within one (1) year of employment is required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Previous experience supporting annuity and/or life insurance producers, agencies, or distribution channels. Knowledge of annuity products, commissions, licensing, and new business operations. Why Join Sagicor?
