Job Description
Licensed Sales Agent Mike Miller Allstate Agency We are looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Licensed Sales Agent to join the Mike Miller Allstate Agency on a full-time basis. What You'll Do Make approximately 150 outbound calls per day to prospective customers. Build strong rapport with customers and develop lasting relationships. Identify customer needs and provide accurate insurance quotes for households. Manage and follow up with multiple types of leads. Educate customers on available insurance options and help them find appropriate coverage. Maintain consistent follow-up and work toward individual and agency sales goals. Requirements Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Florida, Georgia, or Alabama . Must be able to successfully pass a background check . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups. Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude. Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred.
