Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. You do not need prior experience in produce or agriculture, but an interest in the industry and eagerness to learn is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks Input and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently Assist in tracking orders, inventory, and customer requests Communicate with customers and vendors as needed Help coordinate logistics and delivery schedules Maintain organized records of transactions and communications Learn company products, pricing structures, and sales processes Provide general support to ensure smooth sales operations Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability, this is a must Highly organized with strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow within the role Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry systems) Prior sales support or administrative experience is a plus Experience in produce/agriculture is preferred but not required What We're Looking For Someone hungry to learn and grow in sales A team player who takes initiative A dependable individual who can be trusted with important tasks Someone who can keep up with a fast-moving, time-sensitive environment Why Join Us Opportunity to learn a unique and growing industry Hands-on training and development Growth potential within the sales team Supportive and driven team environment
