This includes welcoming customers, guiding them through the products, answering questions, providing timely feedback, providing quotes, and designs, to collecting payments and working closely with customers to determine their needs and recommending the right solutions while ensuring customers have a pleasant sales experience. To succeed as a sales associate, you should stay updated on product features and current design trends and be able to promptly resolve customer challenges to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting your sales goals. The Sales Associate/Associate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Schedule:

• M-F 8:30-5:00; (40 hours/week) plus every other

Saturday Compensation :

• Starting $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on previous work experience) • Plus commission once you are completely self-sufficient, normally 60 to 90 days. Duties & Responsibilities Learn and apply sales techniques Maintain sales records and input data into software programs Answering the incoming phone calls to obtain customer information Calling customers to follow up on orders and verify product information Helping customers select the appropriate stone and or cabinet products for their projects Showing customers the selection of products in both the indoor and outdoor display areas Developing preliminary project cost estimates Some scheduling Collect payments and follow-up with customers to ensure open balances are collected Maintaining an organized and clean showroom

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role Experience with Microsoft Suite (outlook, word, excel, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must provide resume
