In this hands-on role, you'll learn store operations, industrial coatings products, and B2B sales by working directly with customers in manufacturing and related industries. You'll support inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment while shadowing managers on planning, budgeting, and performance tracking. Through structured training, mentoring, and real responsibility, you'll build skills in leadership, territory management, and customer account development, preparing for promotion into assistant manager or sales roles.
