Job Description
We are looking for a motivated sales specialist to support business growth by strengthening client relationships and identifying new opportunities across the corporate market in Mililani, Hawaii. This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial insight with a consultative approach and can confidently guide prospects from initial outreach through proposal development and closing. The successful candidate will help expand market presence, manage an active pipeline, and contribute to achieving territory sales objectives within established timelines. Due to the nature of the work and onsite requirements, preference will be given to Hawaii residents. Applicants should be able to reliably commute or reside within the region to meet business needs. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue prospective corporate clients by researching target organizations, initiating outreach, and engaging key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline that supports revenue targets and long-term territory growth.
- Present services in a consultative manner, aligning solutions with each client's business goals and operational needs.
- Create persuasive proposals, bid responses, presentations, and other customer-facing materials to support the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect activity, account details, and sales progress within the company database.
- Develop strong working relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage trust, retention, and repeat business.
- Contribute to territory planning by supporting sales strategies designed to increase market visibility and client acquisition.
- Represent the organization effectively while reinforcing company values, service standards, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership and carry out additional sales-related duties as needed to support departmental priorities.
