Customer Order Administrator responsible for processing sales orders, managing order administration activities, and supporting manufacturing-related customer transactions from order entry through shipment and invoicing. Job Requirements Order processing experience in a manufacturing environment required. Experience must come from manufacturing; medical, pharmaceutical, and IT order processing backgrounds are not applicable. Experience with sales order entry and order administration. Experience processing credits, warranty requests, purchase requests, and material transactions. Experience working with export or global trade requirements. Knowledge of Department of Commerce (DOC) and Department of State (DOS) export licensing requirements. Preferred Skills Experience supporting sales teams in a manufacturing environment. Experience with exchange orders and warranty transactions. Experience working with purchasing, finance, repairs, product line, and sales departments. Experience managing shared sales support or order processing inboxes. Experience with global export documentation and compliance processes. Experience developing or updating order administration procedures and processes. Job Responsibilities Create, enter, and manage sales orders according to established requirements. Monitor sales orders through shipment and invoicing. Process exchange orders, warranty requests, credits, and purchase requests. Complete administrative transactions related to the sale and credit of materials. Coordinate order requirements with sales, product line, repairs, finance, global trade, and purchasing teams. Process customer requests related to orders and transactions. Manage sales support email inboxes and route requests to the appropriate account owner. Process incoming orders received through shared sales support channels. Ensure customer requests are completed according to established order requirements. Follow global trade policies and export requirements. Verify compliance with DOC and DOS licensing requirements for international shipments. Support the creation and implementation of order administration procedures and processes.
