We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call Setter / Sales Assistant to join our Sales Team in our Aurora, IL office. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in multiple markets by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within companies. The ideal candidate will have great positive energy and a strong background in Sales and/or Telemarketing, exceptional communication skills, and know how to use Microsoft Excel and Word. Understanding of ATM's, banking, financial services, or cash recyclers are a big plus but easily taught.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify potential leads and make initial contact with potential customers.
• Clean up the Salesforce Database as you mov though your day.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to present our cash management product offerings.
• Maintain and update lead and customer information in our CRM system. (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine calling strategies and messaging to improve engagement rates.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and MIMO Products
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for Appointments set and Qualified Leads generated.

Qualifications:

• Upbeat personality and on time work ethic is a must.
• Proven experience as a Call Setter, Appointment Setter, Telemarketer or Sales /Marketing Assistant preferably in Retail, Finance, Armored Car, a huge plus, but not required.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, explaining unique specifications to customers emphasizing Features and Benefits, and the ability to close sales or know to pass it to someone who can. Knowing ROI (return on investment) is a plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (SalesForce) to track calls and manage lead information and knowledgeable in all Microsoft products. (Word, Excel…)
• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
