50-100 depends on experience 。 About Us ToolDance is launching the X1 Smart Desktop CNC Mill — a next-generation desktop CNC that brings industrial-grade machining to creators, small businesses, and engineers. We're exhibiting at IMTS 2026 and need experienced sales talent to represent our product on the show floor. The Role You'll be the face of ToolDance at IMTS — engaging attendees, demonstrating the X1, answering technical questions, and driving leads. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who knows CNC inside and out and can translate technical specs into compelling value propositions. Responsibilities Engage booth visitors, qualify prospects, and deliver compelling product demos Explain key features: 1500W/24000 RPM spindle, automatic tool changer, 3D sensing system, flood cooling, and AutoCAM software Answer technical questions about machining capabilities, materials, precision, and workflow Capture leads and document visitor feedback Maintain a professional, organized booth environment Collaborate with the ToolDance team on daily debrief and lead follow-up priorities Requirements Must have hands-on CNC product experience — either as a machinist, CNC sales rep, applications engineer, or product specialist Familiarity with desktop/benchtop CNC mills, milling operations, tooling, and CAM software Proven trade show, retail, or B2B sales experience Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to both hobbyists and professional machinists Comfortable standing for extended periods in a busy trade show environment Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance Nice to Have Experience with Kickstarter/crowdfunding product launches Background in maker/fabrication community Bilingual (English + Mandarin or Spanish) a plus Schedule September 14-19, 2026 (setup/teardown flexibility appreciated) 8-hour shifts, 10am- 5pm To Apply Send your resume highlighting your CNC experience and any prior trade show work.
