Job Description
Assist with responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or CRM systems in a timely and professional manner
- Help guide clients through enrollment-related processes and documentation requirements
- Ensure accurate collection and entry of client information
- Support follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and completion of enrollment steps
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members Agent Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to agents during AEP
- Assist agents with application status updates, submission requirements, and system navigation
- Help resolve basic agent questions related to processes, platforms, and timelines
- Maintain clear communication with agents regarding missing information or next steps Operational Support
- Enter and verify data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with tracking and reporting enrollment activity and progress
- Organize and manage digital files and documentation
- Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies or common issues Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program or recent graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and learning new systems quickly
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred Core Competencies
