Job Description As an MSA you'll be calling clients. You'll find out what they're looking to accomplish with their new home loan and you'll be the face of our company! You will identify and develop customer's needs and establish relationships to further build upon. In this role, you will provide prompt and friendly customer service. This position is a phone position, meaning you'll be making calls around 90% of the time. Being able to work on the phone is a must. We're looking for someone who:

Key Competencies:

• 6 months to 1 year experience preferred
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills are a must!

Compensation:

• Starting salary at $37,500 with quickly rising pay increase in as little as 90 days
• Monthly bonus plan
