In this position you will work with our dynamic team on our client's promotional product projects. Our ideal teammate is motivated, collaborative, detail-oriented, creative and personable. They love building relationships and providing an exceptional customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity in the marketing, sales, and advertising field with potential for growth. No promotional product experience necessary but is preferred. We offer a full training program to get you up to speed!

Responsibilities:

Retain and develop existing client base by cultivating relationships and being the product expert Act as the lead contact role for house accounts Perform product research Present creative solutions via virtuals, spec samples, and presentations Calculate pricing and offer quotes Have a positive upbeat attitude and solid work ethic Detail-oriented and believes that everything matters Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience Excellent problem solver Team player Ability to work with multiple key players including design and production teams as well as shipping and vendor partners to see each project through from start to finish Prior industry experience preferred but not required Able to clearly and professionally communicate (written & verbal) Proficient in Microsoft office with the ability to learn Shopworks Business Software Why Your Image works is a wonderful place to work: Competitive salary, bonus opportunities and retirement plan Relaxed dress code (Come as you are!)
