Showroom Assistant - Natural Stone & Quartz We are looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Showroom Assistant to support our Showroom Manager in delivering a five-star experience to our clients. If you have a passion for design and love keeping a busy office running smoothly, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do Customer Connection:
Greet homeowners, designers and contractors, guiding them through our stone and quartz collections.
Sales Support:
Assist the Manager with quotes, sample requests, and follow-up emails to keep projects moving.
Showroom Vibes:
Ensure the display area is tidy, samples are organized, and marketing materials are stocked at all times.
Project Tracking:
Coordinate with the fabrication and install teams to provide clients with accurate status updates.
Lead Management:
Answer phones and manage the showroom calendar for consultations.
What You Bring Experience:
4+ years in retail, design, or administrative support (bonus points if it's in home improvement, countertops or flooring). Eye for
Design:
A basic understanding of color palettes and materials.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable with CRM software and
Microsoft Office/Google Communication:
A friendly, professional demeanor—both in person and over the phone.
