You'll work at pop-up sales stands inside local retail stores, speaking directly with customers about Spectrum's broadband and connectivity services. Your role will be to start conversations, understand what customers are looking for, explain available options, and help turn interest into new customer sign-ups. This is a face-to-face sales position, so it's ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and feels comfortable approaching and engaging customers. What You'll Be Doing Represent Spectrum at pop-up sales stands within local retail stores Approach and engage customers in a friendly, professional way Introduce Spectrum broadband services and current offers Ask questions to understand customers' needs and recommend suitable options Explain products, pricing and service benefits clearly Answer customer questions and support them through the sign-up process Work towards individual and team sales goals Create a positive customer experience while representing both Nomad and the client professionally What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Available to work evenings and weekends Confident speaking with customers face-to-face Friendly, approachable and comfortable starting conversations Motivated by targets and sales performance Reliable and professional Keen to learn and develop their sales skills Previous retail, customer service, hospitality or sales experience can be helpful, but full product and sales training will be provided.
