Customer Sales Assistant Full-Time | Retail Promotions | New Orleans Role Overview We are currently expanding our customer engagement team and are looking for a Customer Sales Assistant to support promotional campaigns within established retail environments. This position focuses on face-to-face interaction, where you'll speak directly with customers, introduce current offers, and assist interested individuals through a straightforward registration process. What the Role Involves As a Customer Sales Assistant, your day will revolve around engaging customers and ensuring they receive clear, helpful information about available promotions.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming and approaching customers in a friendly and professional way Introducing current promotions and explaining the benefits clearly Building quick rapport through natural, confident conversations Asking relevant questions to understand customer needs Presenting suitable options based on customer interest Assisting customers through digital registration or sign-up processes Ensuring all information is completed accurately and compliantly Working towards daily engagement and performance targets Representing the campaign professionally within the retail setting Success in this role comes from maintaining a positive attitude, strong communication, and consistency throughout the day. Working Environment You'll be based inside established retail locations where customer interaction is constant. The role involves proactively starting conversations rather than waiting for customers to approach you. This includes, OTE / commissions, base pay / bonuses.
