Company Profile:
Our client, a leading international manufacturer of high-tech precision equipment, is seeking a reliable Sales Support Associate to serve as the operational hub for their North American business. This role requires a mature, self-sufficient professional to manage essential logistics, order processing, and administrative tasks with a high degree of autonomy while the field team is on the road. It is an ideal position for a candidate seeking a stable environment with future opportunities to expand into proactive inside sales responsibilities as the regional operation grows.
Job Description:
Serve as the operational hub for North American activities by managing import/export logistics and navigating tariff complexities to ensure cost-effective delivery of components. Execute the full order lifecycle, including processing purchase and sales orders, coordinating shipment schedules with international manufacturing teams, and managing all Return Material Authorizations (RMAs). Maintain a consistent daily in-office presence to handle essential physical tasks, such as receiving shipments, counting and reboxing parts, and managing local inventory.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales administration, logistics coordination, or inside sales support, with the operational rigor to manage complex supply chain workflows. A mature, self-sufficient "self-starter" mentality, with the integrity to work independently and hold oneself accountable in a quiet office environment where leadership is frequently traveling. Strong organizational skills and technical aptitude to master internal ERP systems, part-numbering, and order tracking requirements.
Location:
 Reporting to an office in the Greater Lowell, MA Area on a daily basis with ability to start work at 7am, 8am, or 9am. Job #5726
