Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Schedule Life Insurance Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Parental Leave Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Active Massachusetts Life and Health Insurance license. Three or more years of professional sales experience. Solid track record of managing and growing a client portfolio. Strong comfort level with consultative, face-to-face client meetings. High level of proficiency using industry-standard CRM platforms. Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills. Deep understanding of the local Worcester market landscape. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth meetings with prospective clients to identify their unique financial protection needs. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads throughout the Worcester area. Prepare clear, concise insurance proposals that address specific client challenges. Maintain active communication with existing policyholders to ensure their coverage evolves with their life changes. Participate in local community networking events to build visibility for The Atlantic District brand. Report directly to management on sales goals, market observations, and strategies for regional growth.
