Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Parental Leave Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license. Three or more years of experience in consultative sales. Ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously. Strong organizational skills for managing a diverse pipeline. Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance goals. Experience with agency management systems. Familiarity with the local Baltimore market and regional insurance needs. Responsibilities Conduct thorough reviews of client coverage to identify protection gaps. Cultivate and nurture relationships with local families and small business owners. Provide clear explanations of complex policy details to help clients make informed decisions. Participate in local networking events to grow our presence within the community. Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate risk assessment. Maintain organized records of all client interactions within our internal database.
