You will also have the opportunity to travel to our corporate office in Richmond, VA, where you will connect with fellow interns, network with company leaders, and participate in a volunteer event. Key Responsibilities:

Support the Employee Benefits team across a wide range of operational activities with professionalism. Learn our agency management system and shadow Account Managers Support the front-line service team by assisting with daily administrative and client-service tasks. Attend client renewal meetings and support preparation of materials.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program Preferred majors include Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally The Hilb Group is an equal opportunity employer, and we actively support and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prohibiting all forms of discrimination in employment.
