Handle confidential information with integrity while supporting bookkeeping activities and basic office administrative functions. Coordinate calendar management for sales meetings and appointments, ensuring timely follow-up with clients and internal teams. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, supporting client communication efforts, and ensuring excellent phone etiquette. Experience Prior clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients.
