We run a fast-paced valet & security company servicing high-end clients and large events. We are looking for someone who:

• Moves with urgency
• Is extremely detail-oriented
• Follows through WITHOUT reminders
• Can think and execute If you need constant direction, this will not work.

SCHEDULE

• Mon/Wed/Fri:

  9AM-4PM

Tues/Thurs:

9AM-2PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Respond to client emails + calls professionally
• Send contracts + track signatures
• Follow up on payments
• Maintain accurate calendar scheduling
• Track event logistics + details
• Support sales + outreach

NON-NEGOTIABLES

• Attendance must be consistent
• Details must be correct
• Instructions must be followed
• Communication must be clear
