Job Description

Position Summary Turn your talent for sales and customer service into a rewarding career. As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you will welcome customers, understand their needs, explain rental options, and recommend products that add value to their experience. We are looking for energetic, sales-driven professionals who enjoy building relationships, achieving sales goals, and delivering exceptional service from reservation to return. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt, professional service throughout the customer journey, including reservations, vehicle pickup, returns, and issue resolution. Explain rental terms, vehicle features, rates, and available services clearly and accurately. Confirm customer eligibility, prepare rental agreements, process payments, and maintain accurate records. Engage customers in consultative sales conversations, identify their needs, and confidently recommend protection products, vehicle upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment that add value to their rental experience. Meet or exceed individual and location sales goals by maximizing each customer interaction, overcoming objections, and converting opportunities into solutions that benefit both the customer and the business. Coordinate vehicle availability and verify that each vehicle meets cleanliness, safety, and readiness standards. Safeguard customer information and comply with company rental and operating procedures. Support daily location operations by maintaining a professional work area, completing required training, and assisting with assigned tasks. Maintain current job knowledge and continuously strengthen relevant skills. Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs. Qualifications Required Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid, unrestricted driver's license and a satisfactory three-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). At least one year of sales or customer service experience. Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, typing, and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and with a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent. Management Responsibilities This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
