Job Overview Join our dynamic insurance office as an Admin/Sales Support Specialist, where your energetic and organized approach will be vital in providing exceptional administrative assistance and customer support. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring smooth office management while actively supporting the sales team. Manage front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth Directing/handling incoming calls Managing processes for existing customers. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and supporting client needs Organize office supplies. Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills Exceptional phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer support calls Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant or clerical experience is a plus; familiarity with calendar management and office procedures is essential.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
