Act as a representative for Arden Homes to the buying public, represent Arden through all construction phases, and guide the buyer from start to finish in the buying process. Remain the primary source of communication between general brokerage agents, buyers, and buyers agents from first contact until we reach closing
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand Arden Homes's selling process and commitment to all our buyers to use as an influence to prospective buyers. Prepare and administer the offer, selections, change orders, and all other documents pertaining to the sale. Maintain regular contact between buyers and builder to instill the same level of confidence from the start of the process. The New Home Consultant interacts with many different people within the organization and is responsible for meeting and exceeding their sales and customer services goals for their community. Experience:
One to three years of related experience and/or training in residential real estate.
