OVERVIEW
As a Sales Associate, you are both a brand ambassador and a certified Piercing Specialist, delivering safe, professional piercing services while creating welcoming, energetic, and trend-orward experiences on the sales floor. You play a critical role in driving piercing and retail sales pholding Claire's Clinical Piercing Standards, and representing the brand with confidence, car and precision. Through expert consultation, strong selling behaviors, and operational excellence, you help customers feel informed, confident, and excited - whether they're receiving their first piercing or building their next curated look.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Piercing Excellence | Clinical Standards Deliver professional ear-piercing services in accordance with Claire's Clinical Piercing Standards and safety protocols. Follow all sterilization, hygiene, and infection-prevention procedures with precision and consistency. Educate guests and guardians through informed consent, eligibility screening, and clear aftercare instruction. Maintain certification requirements and complete ongoing piercing skill development training. All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed.
