Job Description
This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties including data entry, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments and managing daily office operations, speaking to customers on orders/payments/shipments. A successful candidate will be able to multi-task effectively, prioritize through a busy schedule and work well with an array of personalities. You will be asked to work with customers as needed in terms of sales orders, inventory checking, etc.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and offering assistance Recommending products or merchandise to help customers Answering questions and addressing concerns Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies Organize and schedule customer orders. Answer telephone calls. Gather data. File documents. Maintain a database of contacts. Maintain records such as mailing lists, budgets, and financial information.Job Type:
