As a Wireless Sales Assistant, you'll represent a trusted brand, meet customers in-person, and help them choose services that fit how they live and work. Wireless Sales Assistant Duties & Responsibilities Meet with customers in-person through scheduled appointments and outreach Represent the Verizon FiOS brand by explaining internet, TV, and wireless options Deliver clear, personalized presentations that make the brand easy to understand Handle questions, objections, and comparisons in real time Guide customers through decisions and complete enrollments Track activity and stay organized across your pipeline Work with other Wireless Sales Assistant team members to maintain strong daily performance As a Wireless Sales Assistant, you're the connection between the brand and the customer.
