We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Auto Sales Assistant to join our Lexus dealership team. The ideal candidate has a passion for automobiles, a strong interest in technology, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. In this role, you will provide customers with comprehensive product knowledge, assist during test drives, and support the sales team in creating a premium, welcoming experience. Lexus training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to answer product-related questions and represent the Lexus brand with confidence and professionalism. The right individual is a self-starter who is approachable, dependable, and an effective communicator, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Present detailed and accurate Lexus product information to customers Assist customers during test drives and throughout the sales process Support sales consultants and dealership operations as needed Participate in ongoing Lexus product and technology training Perform additional duties as required by business needs

Compensation & Benefits:
