Overview:
The Sales Assistant will support an Account Executive and broader Sales team across multiple accounts while managing sample requests and executing key sales reporting functions. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Location:
Monday-Thursday:
In office (Jersey City, NJ)
Friday:
Remote Key Accountabilities:
Assist Account Executive in all aspects of the sales process, including showroom management, market preparation, and administrative support Support bulk order tracking, order logs, receipt of order confirmations, shipping/delivery updates, and maintenance of order books Run weekly and monthly shipping and on-order reports Attend market appointments, take notes, and provide recaps Pack and unpack samples for trade shows and market appointments Manage sample requests and tracking Support special projects as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field Prior internships and/or relevant experience preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Consistent in-office presence required Monday-Thursday
