You will be addressing customer concerns with clarity and care, whether they're worried about speed, reliability, or value. The Verizon Sales Assistant ensures our customers enjoy the benefits of Verizon Fios. As a Verizon Sales Assistant, you will be trained to become a trusted advisor in the world of connectivity. Our in-person interactions also teach the Verizon Sales Assistant how to have sales conversations with our customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions that fit. We focus on developing your leadership potential alongside your sales skills, so you're ready to step into a management role when the time comes. Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Assistant Act as a welcoming brand advocate in person, spreading excitement about our upgraded home Internet and big TV packages. Have sales conversations in person with our customers to see how they use their current screens and help them fix slow, freezing setups. Show our customers a simple price breakdown to demonstrate how switching to our service lowers their monthly bills and makes their Internet much faster. Demonstrate to our customers how much more reliable a dedicated home line is than the old shared copper setups in the neighborhood. Help new customers easily pick the exact package they need, ensuring they get the right setup for their daily lives. Answer everyday questions in plain English, so making the switch from old cable or satellite companies feels totally stress-free. Qualifications of the Verizon Sales Assistant A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus. Willingness to learn Verizon's services, plus sales promotions and pricing plans. Confidence in sales conversations and guiding customers through product choices. Eagerness to learn sales techniques, accept feedback, and advance within the company.
