Assistant to our Construction Trades Recruiting Staff. I'm looking for someone to help support our recruiting team, but the real goal is bigger than that. This is a chance to spend a year or two learning the business from the inside and grow into a much more valuable role. The path I have in mind could take you from the low-to-mid $20s per hour into a six-figure recruiting position. The job:
Support the sales team by completing work orders, onboarding, screening, setting up interviews, etc., and help manage the office to ensure everything is getting done. You should be friendly and likable You must be available to work Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm You should be very comfortable with computers and be able to type faster than I can. You should be able to complete details with accuracy and efficiency We find jobs for folks in construction. We are matchmakers, headhunters, intermediaries, etc. We match construction workers with construction companies.
Pay:
