ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Associate, the ideal candidate is outgoing with high energy that thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent communication, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks timely to achieve deadlines with a high-volume workload. The candidate must possess strong written and organizational skills and perform well under pressure. This is an amazing opportunity to build a career working amongst a dynamic sales team. At Enchante, you will have exposure to working with a wide range of accounts while having the opportunity to build key relationships within the industry. Establish, attract, develop, and maintain new business relationships and sales accounts. Assist in scheduling market appointments and keeping updates on a shared calendar. Maintain and merchandise the showroom according to seasonal changes. Prepare and send line sheets with appropriate costing to buyers. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss accounts and overall business opportunities.

COMPETENCIES

Comfortable making phone sales & have strong negotiation skills. Strong communication skills High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with TJX and other discounted retailers 1+ years' experience in wholesale sales or industry-related experience Strong listening, written, and oral communication skills-Self-motivated and highly organized. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
