Responsibilities Greet, check in, and assign rooms to guests Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions Handle reservations, confirmations, and room billing Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction Cross-sell additional services and experiences available at the resort Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback Communicate guest feedback to management and relevant departments Ensure a high level of customer service and guest engagement Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in handling reservations software and phone systems Ability to multitask and manage stress effectively Excellent organizational and time management skills Sales-oriented mindset with an ability to persuade and close deals
