This role involves supporting our sales operations through order processing, communication with dispensaries and intake managers, and assisting with product distribution across the state. The ideal candidate is adaptable, enjoys working both independently and as part of a team, and is willing to contribute to various areas of our operations, including garden or concentrate lab support when needed. This paid position offers an engaging environment for individuals looking to develop their skills within the dynamic cannabis industry. Duties Packaging orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery. Managing Metrc compliance processes related to inventory tracking and reporting. Communicating effectively with dispensaries and intake managers to coordinate orders and address inquiries. Traveling 1-2 days per week to deliver products around the state using a company-provided vehicle with insurance included. Assisting with product drop-offs at various locations as part of the distribution process. Providing support in the garden or concentrate lab as needed, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to help across different departments. Experience Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Comfortable working on the road and handling physical tasks associated with product distribution. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in different operational areas when required. Valid driver's license and comfort with driving company vehicles for deliveries.
