We are seeking an Administrative and Sales Support Assistant who is eager to learn, take on new challenges, and grow with our team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with production, sales, and leadership team members while gaining experience in sales support, quoting, purchasing, customer service, and manufacturing operations. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career and take on increasing responsibility over time. Three years of office or administrative experience is preferred; however, recent graduates of business, administrative, or office technology programs are also encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will possess strong computer, spreadsheet, math, and organizational skills, along with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Job Responsibilities:
Support daily office activities including email correspondence, records management, and general administrative support Assist sales with customer quoting by gathering pricing information, reviewing costs and quantities, performing calculations, and preparing accurate quotations Obtain pricing from vendors for material and services needed for production Review customer orders to verify labor estimates, material requirements, pricing, and other details for accuracy Perform data entry in our manufacturing software system Utilize Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams Demonstrate ability to follow processes yet still be flexible with changing priorities of the day Follow AS9100 procedures and cybersecurity guidelines Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately from start to finish Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPosition Location:
On site, Monday through Friday, 7:30-4:00, 40 hours per week; Summer hour options include leaving at 11:00 on Fridays Benefits and Perks for full time employees:- 401(k) matching
