In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering our signature client experience—supporting sales advisors, maintaining showroom excellence, and ensuring seamless operational flow. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support Assist sales advisors during appointments by staging presentation trays, preparing sales documentation, organizing merchandise for viewing, and providing custom gift‑wrapping. Clienteling & Administrative Support Maintain accurate client records, manage wish lists, write hand‑written thank‑you notes, support outreach efforts, and track repair and special‑order status. Inventory & Event Operations Assist with receiving, tagging, and organizing incoming merchandise. Provide operational support during VIP events, trunk shows, and seasonal promotions. Client Hospitality Greet arriving guests with warmth and professionalism, offer premium refreshments, and uphold an inviting, white‑glove showroom atmosphere that reflects our luxury standards. Qualifications & Skills Experience — 1-2 years in luxury retail, premium hospitality, fine dining, or high‑end customer service preferred. Professional Presence — Exceptional verbal and written communication with a refined, polished demeanor. Detail & Precision — Meticulous approach to merchandise handling, visual presentation, and task execution. Adaptability — Team‑first mindset with strong organizational habits and a "no task is too small" attitude. Availability — Full‑time schedule including Saturdays (Closed Sundays), with flexibility during peak holiday seasons.
