In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting sales operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering exceptional client service. Your expertise will help foster a seamless experience for clients while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and regulatory adherence. Duties Assist Financial Advisor's in executing client transactions and managing account documentation with precision and professionalism Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met in accordance with securities law and financial compliance standards Preparing client meeting materials, maintaining client records and CRM systems, and assisting with follow-up tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and service requests Proficiency in financial software applications and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis Managing calendars, coordinating client communications, processing account related paperwork, supporting marketing or client outreach efforts Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within teams and with clients Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
