What will you do:

Prepare proposals, annual plan review documents, and final presentations Organizing networking events Assist in scheduling meetings and booking travel Handle all incoming office invoices Ad hoc client requests Ordering office materials Assist Regional Vice President with any other additional requests

Required Qualifications:

Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) High level attention to detail Ability to multi-task 0-3 years of office management experience, preferably supporting a sales team

Preferred Qualifications:

Parental Leave:

The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and/or company performance.
