You'll work with prospective clients throughout the sales process, from the initial conversation and needs assessment to presenting options and completing the application. About the Role As a Full Cycle Sales Agent , you'll manage client relationships throughout the sales process. You'll connect with prospective clients by phone and video, learn about their needs, explain available insurance options, answer questions, and help guide them toward an informed decision. You'll have access to training, tools, and team support as you develop your knowledge and sales skills. What You'll Do Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls and virtual meetings. Build rapport and establish professional relationships with clients. Ask questions to understand clients' needs, goals, and priorities. Present insurance products and explain available options clearly. Answer questions and address client concerns. Guide clients through the sales process from initial conversation through completion. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication. Manage leads, follow-ups, and opportunities within the CRM. Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activity. Work with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer experiences. Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching. What We're Looking For Previous insurance sales experience is helpful, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply . We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with new people. A strong communicator and active listener. Comfortable building relationships over the phone and through video calls. Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups. Self-motivated and dependable. Committed to providing a professional and helpful client experience. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older . Must be authorized to work in the United States. Reliable transportation required. Mobile device with cellular data required. Reliable home internet access required. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment. Comfortable using computers, video conferencing, and CRM software. Compensation This is a commission-based sales opportunity with earnings tied to individual performance. Successful agents may earn approximately $60,000-$120,000 annually , depending on sales activity and results. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and other factors.
